FM Conway is currently recruiting for an experienced

HGV

Fitter

to join our Plant and Workshop division based out of our Heathrow depot. Working within our busy and vibrant team at our Heathrow workshop, you will work on our wide range of commercial vehicles, maintaining our large fleet of HGV & LGV transport to a high standard. This is a permanent, full time position. The duties of the HGV Fitter role will include: -Maintaining our large fleet of HGV & LGV vehicles -Completing paperwork following any maintenance activities -Working as part of a team or remotely and adapting your skills to other areas when required -Working safely in compliance with risk assessments and method statements and being willing to challenge any unsafe practises What skills and experience do you need? We are looking for a professional and confident candidate who has experience in commercial vehicles and electrical systems. You will have excellent communication skills and be able to work in a fast paced, busy environment. You must have a full UK driving license, City and Guilds 1, 2 and 3 or equivalent NVQ in standard motor mechanics. Knowledge of cranes, white lining equipment and hydraulic systems is desirable.
