New Pass Drivers Considered The Staffing Network are a national labour provider and are recruiting HGV Class 2 Trade Waste Drivers for a well-established waste operation in Lutterworth. This is a full-time, ongoing role with consistent routes and a regular MondayFriday schedule. The Role Driving a Class 2 vehicle collecting trade waste Following pre-planned local routes Operating bin lifts and handling containers Working independently while representing the company on-site Completing daily vehicle checks This is a hands-on role , suited to drivers who are comfortable working outdoors and keeping active throughout the shift. What Youll Get £15.92 per hour Overtime paid at £19.98 per hour (after 40 hours) Weekly pay (every Friday) Guaranteed, ongoing work (not ad-hoc shifts) MondayFriday routine Full training and PPE provided Immediate start available What Were Looking For HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence CPC and Digital Tachograph card Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment Reliable and able to work independently Physically fit and comfortable with manual work Good communication skills Why Drivers Apply Opportunity for new passes to gain experience Early starts = early finishes Local routes
