About the Role

We are currently seeking hardworking and reliable Waste Collection Operatives to join our team, working across high-density areas in West London and Greater London. This is a practical, hands-on position ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, staying active, and delivering an essential service to the community.

What You'll Be Doing

Completing 20-40 waste collection calls per day
Tipping euro bins into a dustcart safely and efficiently
Providing waste services to a range of clients including: Care homes
Nurseries
Schools
Other community sites

Working within small, defined local areas , reducing travel time between stops

Hours & Shifts

Minimum 8 hours per day
Total of 40 hours per week
Monday to Friday only, Saturday overtime available

What We're Looking For

A strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to perform manual, physical work
Good customer service skills when interacting with clients
Team players who enjoy working outdoors in all weather conditions
