HGV Class 2 Drivers

to join our client's growing transport operation in Halesowen and the surrounding areas. This is a fantastic opportunity for both experienced drivers who are looking for stability, great earning potential, and long-term progression. This role is ideal for applicants looking for a role as a LGV Class 1 Driver / Truck Driver / CE Driver. Shifts Pattern: Monday – Friday: start times: 05:00 – 06:00 Pay Rates £15.50 per hour Benefits: Your benefits as a HGV Class 2 Driver will be: Excellent hourly rates (PAYE – holidays accrued separately) Ongoing work with full training and support Weekly pay Immediate starts available Employee well-being programme Day-to-Day Duties Your duties as a HGV Class 2 Driver will be: Safely operate and drive Category C vehicles to and from delivery locations Multidrop deliveries: up to twelve drops per day Complete loading and unloading tasks with care and accuracy Conduct daily vehicle checks and report any defects to management Adhere to all traffic laws and road safety regulations Maintain accurate delivery records and paperwork Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and site staff SOME HANDBALL REQUIRED Essential Skills: The skills required to be a HGV Class 2 Driver are: Valid UK Category C Driving Licence Valid UK CPC Card and Digital Tachograph Card No more than six penalty points for minor offences (no IN, DR, DD, CD codes) Reliable, professional, and punctual Good communication and customer service skills Understanding of road safety and compliance Desirable Experience Previous commercial or multi-drop delivery experience Good customer interaction and service skills Training Ongoing support and development throughout your assignment Apply Now If you are ready to join a respected logistics business offering strong pay, flexibility, and genuine opportunities for growth, apply today by clicking the link below or contact our recruitment team for more information.
