Hourly Rate: £16.00 (inclusive of holiday pay) Drivers are payed a performance related pay after probation, as it is an efficiency scheme, it is time generated. Based on 100% efficiency your wage will increase to £16.40 p/h once taken on full time. Youll be delivering to small shops, petrol stations, and motorway service stations, with a focus on handballing deliveries (manual unloading of goods). The shifts are between Monday to Saturday, with early start times between 04:00 and 06:00.
