The Flexi Group is recruiting professional and dependable Class 1 (C+E) Drivers to support major supermarket distribution operations across the region. If youre looking for steady work, competitive pay, and a role where every day brings variety and responsibility, wed love to hear from you.

The Role

Youll be delivering chilled and ambient goods to supermarket stores and regional hubs, supporting one of the UKs busiest retail supply chains. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Transporting refrigerated trailers loaded with food products
  • Delivering directly to supermarket stores and RDCs
  • Assisting with the unloading of cages and pallets at delivery points
  • Ensuring products are delivered safely, accurately, and on time
  • Completing all delivery documentation and reporting procedures
  • Carrying out daily vehicle and trailer checks to maintain safety and compliance

This is a hands-on role that suits drivers who enjoy a mix of driving and customer-facing delivery work.

Schedule

  • Thursday-Sunday
  • Any start times accommodated
  • Additional availability in the week

Consistent work is available throughout the year, with shift patterns designed to provide reliability and stability.

What Were Looking For

To join our team, youll need:

  • Minimum 6 months Class 1 (C+E) experience
  • Valid Digi Tacho and CPC
  • No more than 6 penalty points and no previous driving bans
  • A positive, professional approach to customer service and safety
  • Willingness to assist with unloading at delivery locations

Pay & Benefits (PAYE Holiday Pay Included)

  • MondayFriday Days: £20.50/hour
  • MondayFriday Nights: £21.50/hour
  • Saturday (all hours): £23.50/hour
  • Sunday (all hours): £26.00/hour
