The Recruitment Crowd are currently recruiting Class 1 (C&E Drivers) on behalf of EVRi Hub, Barnsley.

Hours: Choose your own days of work and start times by providing a 2-hour window from 14:00-02:00. Please note you must be able to provide availability on a Friday OR Sunday (This does not mean you will be working one of these days every week).

Pay Rates:

* (PAYE 6AM onwards): Monday to Friday £16.21, Saturday £17.87 & Sunday £18.20

* (PAYE 2PM onwards): Monday to Friday £16.87, Saturday £18.29, Sunday £18.61

* (PAYE 10PM onwards): Monday to Friday £17.59, Saturday £20.69 & Sunday £21.96 PAYE

The role:

·Trunking between depots, ensuring timely and safe delivery of parcels.

·Reversing in the yard and manoeuvring vehicles with precision.

·Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of assigned vehicle, ensuring roadworthiness and compliance with company standards.

·Adhere to all relevant traffic laws, regulations, and company policies to maintain a high level of safety on the road.

·Effectively communicate with dispatch and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries and pickups.
