We are recruiting on behalf of a leading logistics provider (part of Culina group), offering secure, ongoing work with real career progression opportunities.

THE ROLE – WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

As an HGV Class 1 Tramper, you’ll be responsible for nationwide deliveries to major supermarkets and regional distribution centres (RDCs). This is clean, structured work with well-planned routes and minimal delays.

Your day-to-day will include:

Driving modern, well-maintained Class 1 vehicles across the UK
Delivering palletised goods to supermarkets and RDCs
Working with organised RDC booking systems to reduce waiting times
Carrying out daily vehicle checks and defect reporting
Managing fuel, cleanliness, and general vehicle care
Ensuring full compliance with WTD and EU driver regulations
Representing the client professionally at all delivery points

CAREER PROGRESSION OPPORTUNITY

After a few weeks of general haulage, drivers move into specialist European event logistics, including driving for prestigious events such as Formula 1.

Supporting global motorsport events such as Formula 1
Driving across Europe
Working on high-profile logistics operations

PAY & BENEFITS

Monday – Friday AM: £18.00/hr (including holiday pay)
Saturday: £22.00/hr (including holiday pay)
£25 night out allowance per shift

SHIFT PATTERNS (TRAMPING)

Wednesday to Sunday
Friday to Monday

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) Licence
In-date CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
Minimum 6 months Class 1 experience
Good understanding of driver hours and regulations
Reliable, organised, and safety-focused
Willingness to work weekends and tramp
Professional attitude and strong work ethic
