HGV Class 1 Driver ADR People Solutions are currently recruiting for a

HGV Class 1 Driver ADR

to join our well-established client based in

Irlam, Greater Manchester . This is a fantastic opportunity offering ongoing work within a supportive and professional environment. The driver will be responsible for driving Class 1 tankers and will be required to do nights out. ADR experience is not required as training will be provided. This is a temp-to-perm role, and the driver will be offered a contract after 12 weeks. Shifts: • Monday to Friday

• 04:00 – 06:00am start times Rates of Pay: • £19.00 per hour

• £26.20 night out allowance Benefits: • Temp to perm for the right candidate

• Immediate starts Day-to-Day Duties: As a

HGV Class 1 Driver ADR , your duties will include (but not be limited to): • Safely transporting goods to client sites

• Operating and driving Class 1 vehicles safely and efficiently

• Performing pre-trip and post-trip vehicle checks

• Adhering to traffic laws and company procedures

• Communicating effectively with the transport office

• Reporting any vehicle defects or maintenance needs promptly Essential Skills: To be successful as a

HGV Class 1 Driver ADR , you will need: • A valid UK Category CE licence

• A minimum of 18 months' experience driving Category CE vehicles

• An in-date ADR licence (training can be provided if required)

• No more than six penalty points for minor infringements, with no major endorsement codes

• A valid UK CPC card and Digi card

• Good spoken and written English

• Punctuality and excellent time-keeping skills

• A solid understanding of traffic laws and regulations
