NEW OPENINGS ONGOING WORK UNTIL THE END OF JUNE

Pay: £15.00ph

Working days are Monday to Friday

Taskmaster Resources LTD are currently looking HGV Class 2 day drivers to work for our client based at Barnsley to work around the country delivery Kitchens and associated items

A typical shift will start at around 05:00am with an approx. shift length of 8-10hrs. Delivering items to building site and commercial premises, You will need to be physically fit and having experience with this kind of work as it can be demanding.

You will be involved in unloading the vehicle typically to the back door and be assisted when delivering onsite. You will be given training in manual handling and the use of the PDA scanner in which you will need to use to scan items off the vehicle.

Due to insurance purposes we require you to have held your license for a minimum of 12 months and have been driving within that time and be able to prove to the client.

Applicants must have the following:

  • Hold a valid Category C (Class 2) HGV/ LGV entitlement.
  • MINIMUM OF 6 MONTHS CLASS 2 EXPERIENCE
  • Hold a valid Digital Tachograph Card (Digi Card).
  • NO MORE THAN 3 points fir insurance purposes
  • NO DD,IN,DR or TT endorsements will be accepted for insurance purposes
  • Hold a full CPC.
  • Be Polite and Pleasant
