Healthcare Solicitor – Guildford – Legal 500 Firm

A top-tier Legal 500 firm in Guildford is seeking a Healthcare Solicitor to join its highly regarded team.

Responsibilities:

• Advise healthcare professionals on inquests, NHS disciplinary proceedings, clinical negligence claims and criminal investigations
• Provide specialist advice on pharmacy market entry applications
• Manage cases involving fitness-to-practice proceedings with regulatory bodies

Requirements:

\n
• Qualified Solicitor with 1–3 years PQE
• Experience in healthcare regulatory matters for private clients
• Strong commitment to quality legal services

Candidates with a background in criminal defence or inquiries, including investigative experience, will also be considered.
