HSQE Officer
to join our team and help maintain high standards of health & safety, quality, and environmental compliance across our operations. This site-based role is key to promoting a positive HSQE culture, managing risks, and ensuring compliance with UK legislation, ISO standards, and company procedures. Key Responsibilities: Support health & safety compliance, including risk assessments, RAMS, site inspections, audits, and toolbox talks Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions Support ISO 9001 Quality Management System and continuous improvement initiatives Support H&S compliance and kitemark certification schemes Assist with environmental compliance, risk assessments, and sustainability initiatives (ISO 14001) Maintain accurate HSQE records and support audits About You: NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent) Experience in HSQE, H&S, or SHEQ roles Knowledge of ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 Strong understanding of UK HSQE legislation Full UK driving licence Desirable:
NEBOSH Construction Certificate, ISO internal auditor qualification, IEMA or other environmental qualification, experience in construction, manufacturing, or engineering Skills & Attributes:
Strong communicator, organised, able to work independently across multiple sites, confident with Microsoft Office and HSQE systems
