We are currently supporting a respected infrastructure and construction organisation in their search for a Health & Safety Site Coordinator. This is a site-based role involving travel across multiple UK locations, ideal for a health and safety professional looking to make a meaningful impact across diverse projects.

Role Overview:

Reporting to the SHEQ Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and monitoring health and safety procedures across active sites. The role focuses on promoting a proactive safety culture, ensuring compliance with legislation, and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Health & Safety Leadership

Promote a safety-first culture across all sites Provide guidance and support to site teams on health and safety matters Deliver inductions, toolbox talks, and safety briefings Lead by example in promoting proactive safety behaviours2. Systems & Documentation

Maintain site safety documentation (RAMS, COSHH, incident logs, etc.) Support development of internal policies aligned with CDM 2015 and H&S legislation Manage Permit to Work systems and ensure compliance Assist with incident reporting and investigations (including RIDDOR)3.
