We’re looking for a proactive Health, Safety & Facilities Manager to take ownership of safety, compliance, and facilities across multiple sites. This is a high-impact role where you’ll influence standards, lead improvements, and play a key part in keeping our operations safe, efficient, and future-ready.
You’ll be at the forefront of proactive risk management, ensuring our facilities operate at peak performance while embedding a strong culture of health, safety, and operational excellence across the business.
What you’ll be doing
Lead health & safety compliance across all sites, including audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations
Manage facilities services, including planned maintenance, statutory compliance, and asset management
Oversee contractors and suppliers, ensuring high performance and adherence to safety standards
Support infrastructure projects and sustainability initiatives that drive long-term improvement
What we’re looking for
NEBOSH qualification with proven multi-site experience
Strong working knowledge of health & safety legislation and facilities management
Confident communicator with the ability to influence, lead, and engage stakeholders
Experience within warehousing or logistics is desirable
