As our HSE & Compliance Co-Coordinator, your key responsibilities will include:
Developing and implementing health, safety, and environmental policies to ensure compliance with all regulations.
Conducting regular audits and inspections to identify and mitigate risks.
Providing training and guidance to staff on health and safety best practices.
Collaborating with management to promote a culture of safety across all departments.
Reporting and presenting on compliance metrics and suggesting improvements to enhance safety performance.
Keeping up-to-date with industry regulations and trends to ensure ongoing compliance.What We're Looking For:
A proactive and hands on individual with a strong understanding of HSE regulations and compliance requirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with team members at all levels.
Strong analytical skills to assess risks and develop effective strategies.
Previous experience in an HSE or compliance role.
Previous experience in internal audit/compliance would be beneficial ideally from a warehouse/manufacturing background
A relevant qualification in health and safety or environmental management is a plus but not essential to apply.
