Description

Lead monthly site safety inspections (and ad hoc as required) across live residential projects. Audit against company H&S policy, CDM 2015, and industry best practice; produce clear, actionable reports. Track and drive close-out of corrective actions with Site Managers and Project Teams. Investigate incidents/near misses (incl. potential RIDDOR), produce root‑cause analysis, and implement lessons learned. Provide HSE advice, coaching, mentoring, and toolbox talks to raise standards and behaviours. Review Construction Phase Plans (CPP) when acting as Client; assure Principal Contractor compliance. ...
