Health and Wellbeing Partnership Coordinator

We would like to welcome an experienced Administrator to join us in a role where you will support workstreams within our Health and Wellbeing Partnerships, co-ordinating and monitoring a range of projects.
Partnership working will be at the heart of all that you do, supporting the administration function of the team to enable us to deliver high quality projects in an efficient and co-ordinated way.
We are a small but busy team, focused on developing and delivering projects that empower and enable our residents to live happier, healthier lives. We work closely with out partners to align our priorities and integrate our work; we are led by data and intelligence and support a number of complex workstreams.
What you'll be doing…
Providing administrative support to the Health and Wellbeing Partnerships as part of the Integrated Care System.
Organising, attending and arranging meetings, circulating agendas and taking minutes.
Acting as a first point of contact for members of the partnership, providing general advice and assistance.
To provide administrative support to the Health and Wellbeing Partnerships as part of the Integrated Care System.
Organising events online and in-person, by issuing invitations, booking venues, organising papers, refreshments, materials etc.
Obtaining records and maintaining data for performance management purposes in accordance with the Councils' GDPR policies.
Maintaining the forward work plan and collating workstream monitoring reports.
Production of correspondence and reports.About You
The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative capabilities, including proven experience in supporting projects. With advanced IT proficiency, you will demonstrate the ability to effectively prioritise tasks and consistently meet challenging deadlines. Additionally, you will have a track record of engaging and collaborating with a diverse range of stakeholders.
