KEY INFORMATION £18.21 per hour Full Time Sunday's and Monday's off Restaurant closes at Midnight KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Support the Restaurant Manager in the day-to-day running of front-of-house operations Lead by example on the restaurant floor, setting the tone for exceptional guest service Supervise and mentor wait staff to maintain a polished and efficient service style Assist in coordinating table service, managing reservations, and handling guest requests Liaise with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth and timely service Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times Maintain a deep knowledge of the menu and wine list to guide and inform guests Foster a positive, team-oriented environment focused on quality and hospitality
