A renowned international hospitality group is seeking a skilled and service-driven Head Waiter to join the front-of-house team at a newly launched, high-end restaurant located within a luxury hotel in Central London. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role at the flagship site of a major global hospitality operator. KEY INFORMATION £18.21 per hour Full Time Sunday's and Monday's off Restaurant closes at Midnight KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Support the Restaurant Manager in the day-to-day running of front-of-house operations Lead by example on the restaurant floor, setting the tone for exceptional guest service Supervise and mentor wait staff to maintain a polished and efficient service style Assist in coordinating table service, managing reservations, and handling guest requests Liaise with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth and timely service Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times Maintain a deep knowledge of the menu and wine list to guide and inform guests Foster a positive, team-oriented environment focused on quality and hospitality
IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE: 23+ years of experience in a senior front-of-house role within a high-end or fine dining venue Confident, well-presented, and passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team Familiarity with luxury hospitality standards and attention to detail Experience in pre-opening environments and team training is a plus Comfortable in a fast-paced, guest-focused setting A genuine enthusiasm for food, wine, and hospitality excellence
