Head Pizza Chef

Head Pizza Chef required for a bar venue. They serve pizza's in the bar which are well known in the area. This head pizza chef will look after the pizza section , upto £50k, 48hr contract, good quality pizza produce.

The role
As a head pizza chef you will ensure that everything runs smoothly, you will ensure your pizza department runs well, you will manage the pizza section, ensure the pizza oven is ready, ensure the prep is done and manage the pizza kitchen on a day to day basis, to ensure the pizza chefs cook the pizzas to a great level. This head pizza chef role will include all the standard head pizza chef duties.

Expeirence
we are looking for a head pizza chef from a fresh food background, able to create pizzas suitable for a drink venue. You will have a good eye for detail and able to make great pizza. They are looking for chefs who have a stable background, around 2 years at least in past couple of jpbs.
