We are recruiting a Head Pastry chef for our client's Michelin listed Restaurant in Central London. Prior high end Head Pastry Chef experience is preferred. Key Responsibilities: Presentation & Decoration: Ensuring the aesthetic appeal of desserts and pastries through various decorating techniques and presentation styles. Inventory & Ordering: Managing ingredient levels, ordering supplies, and maintaining a budget for the pastry section. Team Management: Train, supervise, and mentor junior chefs or kitchen staff within the pastry section. Hygiene & Safety: Maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
