An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a talented Head Pastry Chef to join a well-established, 2 AA Rosette Japanese restaurant in London. This unique concept blends modern Japanese techniques with the finest seasonal British produce, offering a creative and refined dining experience.

The Role: Position: Head Pastry Chef Salary: Up to £60,000 (depending on experience) Location: London Cuisine: Japanese Award Level: 2 AA Rosette Schedule: 3.5 days on / 3.5 days off

Responsibilities: Lead and develop the pastry section to a 2 AA Rosette standard Create and evolve innovative dessert menus aligned with the restaurants concept Manage all aspects of kitchen operations, including: Menu development and costing Stock control and ordering Staff rotas and team management Hygiene, cleaning schedules, and compliance Supplier relationships About You: Proven experience as a Head Pastry Chef or strong Pastry Sous Chef ready to step up Excellent communication and leadership skills Strong organisational ability and attention to detail Passion for modern pastry, with an interest in Japanese techniques and flavours Experience in high-end or rosette/Michelin-level kitchens preferred
