As Head of Venue and Catering Manager , you'll have full responsibility for driving financial performance while shaping an outstanding catering operation. This is a hands-on, high-profile role where your experience within venues, events, and food-led operations will truly shine.
The role As our Head of Venue and Catering Manager , you will:
Oversee and grow the overall performance of a busy exhibition venue
Lead the financial growth and evolution of the food and catering offer across the business
Manage multiple catering operations simultaneously, including pop-ups, large-scale events, private dining, canapé functions, and a staff food offer
Create and deliver bespoke food and event solutions tailored to clients' needs
Work closely with clients, partners, and key stakeholders to ensure exceptional experiences
Bring strong events experience, confidently managing complex, high-volume event delivery
Act as a food-led operator with sharp commercial awareness and market insight
Collaborate closely with senior leadership to develop strategy and drive innovation
About you You'll be a natural fit if you:
Have proven experience in venue-led catering or events environments
Are a commercially minded operator with strong financial and business acumen
