Head of Technology & Digital Transformation required by a Manchester based Company that have 100 staff, 70 based in Manchester and 30 based remotely across the Globe. It is a Hybrid role, but they are looking for a Head of Technology & Digital Transformation person who wants to integrate themselves into the company, the salary is circa 60k . This is a newly created role to own the long term technology strategy reporting into the CEO to join at a pivotal moment in their growth journey. As Head of Technology & Digital Transformation , you'll lead a full-scale digital overhaul, inject AI into the heart of operations, and modernise a mission-critical, in-house CRM platform. Reporting to the CEO, you'll shape the company's technical strategy and lead its execution - across AI/automation , cybersecurity , performance optimisation , and infrastructure design . You'll work closely with an established internal remote development team , oversee outsourced IT services , and bring legacy systems up to modern standards. With a robust tech stack already in place (PHP 8.2, MySQL 8, Redis, AWS S3), you'll take things to the next level - scaling performance, driving innovation, and preparing the business for the future.
