The role:
Title: Head of Sales
Location: Hybrid, Sussex (Minimum 2 days per week)
Team: Lead and develop a team of 4 commercial reports

You’ll set and deliver the UK sales strategy across retail and e‑commerce, deepen relationships with key partners (think leading grocers, premium retail and online), and own the commercial plan for the next phase of double‑digit growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategy, P&L and commercial delivery for key retailers, e‑commerce and EU distributor markets.
  • Lead and develop a team of four across Retail and Amazon.
  • Oversee all JBP conversations, retailer relationships and in‑store execution.
