Our client, a long-standing, respected and product centric company, is seeking an experienced Head of Sales to lead and develop its commercial function.

This is a senior leadership role, responsible for driving revenue growth, managing key customer relationships and leading a high-performing sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Developing and delivering the company's sales strategy
  • Leading, mentoring and motivating the sales team
  • Managing and growing key accounts and strategic customers
  • Identifying new market opportunities and driving business development
  • Working closely with operations and senior management to align sales with business objectives
  • Forecasting, budgeting and reporting on sales performance

The person

A proven senior sales professional, ideally from within the fastener or 'c' components sector

Experienced in leading and managing sales teams

Commercially astute with a strong track record of delivering growth

Confident operating at both strategic and hands-on levels

An effective communicator and relationship builder
