This Role
You’ll take ownership of UK sales strategy and delivery, leading and growing a small, high‑performing team while driving growth across the dealer, distributor, fit‑out and workspace design network.
Key responsibilities
- Define and deliver national sales plans and commercial targets.
- Strengthen and expand dealer and channel partnerships across the UK.
- Win new business within the office furniture, interiors, and corporate wellbeing markets.
- Partner with marketing and product teams to launch new products.
- Represent Ergochair at workspace design, contract furniture and wellbeing industry events.
About You
- Proven B2B sales experience in workplace furniture, contract furniture, office interiors, or wellbeing solutions.
- Success managing dealer, distributor, or fit‑out sales networks.
- Background in design‑led manufacturing or workplace solutions.
- Strategic and consultative selling style with strong relationship‑building skills.
- Leadership experience – able to mentor, motivate and deliver results.
- Based within a commutable distance of Bristol HQ (2–3 days per week).
