Head of Sales Enablement – London Stock Exchange Group
Global Head of Sales Enablement and Readiness leads and unifies all Sales Enablement functions within Sales & Account Management, ensuring colleagues are fully equipped to drive client engagement and revenue growth.
Role Summary
- Reports to the Global Head of Sales Performance and Enablement.
- Manages a senior team delivering core deliverables across the sales lifecycle.
- Proposition enablement, strategic pursuits, sales effectiveness, learning, and activation events.
- Oversees design and delivery of SAM’s strategic learning agenda and key activation events.
- Engages across LSEG teams to identify improvement opportunities.
What you’ll be doing
- Own Proposition enablement framework for SAM, focusing on D&A, FTSE Russell & Risk Intelligence businesses.
- Support SAM teams on large deals, create and maintain pursuit and proposal excellence guidance.
- Deliver SAM activation events, including annual Sales summit.
- Identify and deliver improvement initiatives to drive colleague effectiveness.
- Manage delivery of suite of SAM training programmes.
- Ensure clear business readiness plan for all major SAM‑impacting programmes.
What you’ll bring
- Experienced people leader with global and diverse environment background.
- Deep understanding of LSEG and the SAM lifecycle.
- Strong knowledge of Revenue Enablement, process improvement, and change effectiveness.
- Strategic thinking and reporting skills, focused on engagement, revenue and costs.
- Stakeholder engagement and senior executive communication skills.
- Financial acumen and budget management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation to ExCo.
- Strategic delivery experience in blue‑chip organisations.
