We are currently partnering with a renowned FMCG organisation undergoing an exciting period of transformation, who are seeking a skilled Risk and Compliance specialist to join their legal team on an interim basis for up to 6 months.

This is a fantastic opportunity to put in place a risk and compliance function and play a strategic role in supporting key business initiatives.

As Head of Risk and Compliance (UK), your key responsibilities will include: Leading all Risk and Compliance initiatives across the UK business. Designing and implementing robust processes and procedures to effectively mitigate risk. Providing expert advice and guidance to the leadership team on all risk and compliance-related matters. Proactively identifying and managing potential risks to prevent escalation.

You will work closely with senior stakeholders across the organisation, acting as a trusted advisor and playing a key role in strategic decision-making.

To be successful in this role, you will: Bring significant experience advising on a broad range of risk and compliance issues. Have a proven track record of managing end-to-end risk and compliance functions. Be available immediately or at short notice.
