Head of Residential Conveyancing

9 Days Old

Head of Residential Conveyancing, Warwickshire We are working with a long-established Warwickshire law firm with over 100 years of history and a strong reputation across the region. The firm handles a high volume of quality work and is known for its collaborative culture, approachable partners and sensible, commercially minded approach to practice. This is an environment where solicitors enjoy genuine client ownership, autonomy and visibility. It tends to appeal to experienced lawyers who value high-quality work and professional satisfaction but prefer to avoid the pressures and bureaucracy often found in larger firms. The Opportunity The firm has a strong reputation for property work and is seeking an experienced solicitor to lead its residential conveyancing department. You will inherit a busy and well-regarded practice with established relationships with local agents and referrers, alongside a steady flow of internal work from the probate and family teams. The department acts for clients across Warwickshire as well as many repeat clients and families throughout the UK. Interestingly, the firm has never needed to rely on paying referral fees, marketing or advertising as work volumes remain consistently strong. With additional leadership and capacity, there is clear potential to develop and grow the team further. Key Highlights
