Were looking for a dynamic Head of Contracts and Strategy to lead the delivery of strategic initiatives and contract excellence within our Repairs department. This high-impact role will shape business direction, optimise operational delivery, and embed robust commercial and data-led practices across our service. Youll oversee the management of large-scale contracts, drive transformation through data insights, and ensure our services meet the highest standards of quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction. Essential: Proven senior leadership experience in contracts, commercial management, or strategy within a repairs and maintenance or property services environment Strong understanding of contract law, procurement frameworks (eg NEC, JCT), and supplier relationship management Demonstrable experience in shaping and delivering business strategy and driving operational improvement High level of commercial acumen and experience reviewing large scale budgets and contracts Evidence of excellent customer service achievements in a complex service delivery environment. Experience in social housing, local government or other regulated sector Relevant technical qualifications or accreditation in RICS, MCIOB, CIOB, ACIOB, CIH Knowledge of statutory and compliance obligations relating to property maintenance (eg Decent Homes, Awaabs Law) Whats in it for you?
