About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced Head of Product to lead and evolve key regions within their long-haul portfolio: North America, Indian Subcontinent, and Middle East.
Reporting to the Director of Product, Purchasing & Operations, you will own the strategic direction, development, and performance of a high-profile segment of their product range, specifically focusing on escorted tours.
This is a unique opportunity to shape a customer-loved product category, ensuring it delivers exceptional experiences, strong commercial results, and stands out in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities
Define and execute the strategic vision for your product areas. Drive product development, pricing strategies, and supplier negotiations. Lead a team to deliver compelling, profitable, and differentiated travel experiences. Monitor market trends and competitive dynamics to maintain a leading position. Collaborate with international DMCs and manage direct contracting. Experience in touring is essential as part of this role.
