Head of Product Delivery (Engineering & Data) We’re working with a long-term client to hire a Head of Product Delivery (Engineering & Data) to lead the build, scale, and performance of a growing digital product ecosystem. This is a senior leadership role with real ownership – you’ll be responsible for how products are delivered, how systems scale, and how engineering, data, and IT come together to drive commercial impact. The role: You’ll sit at the centre of product, engineering, and data – translating roadmap into delivery, and ensuring everything runs reliably, efficiently, and at pace. This is not a hands-off leadership role. You’ll be expected to challenge, shape, and improve how things are built, while supporting a team to deliver consistently. What you’ll be doing:
Own end-to-end delivery of digital products, features, and platform improvements Lead engineering, data, and IT teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions Oversee system performance, uptime, integrations, and data flows Champion modern practices across DevOps, automation, AI, and CI/CD Manage third-party vendors and external delivery partners Build and develop a high-performing, accountable technical team
What we’re looking for:
Proven experience leading technical delivery, engineering, or product teams Strong understanding of digital product development and architecture Ability to operate at both strategic and hands-on level Comfortable working across engineering, data, and cloud environments Strong communicator – able to translate technical into commercial impact Experience working in scaling or fast-moving environments
Nice to have:
Exposure to AI, data-led products, or automation tooling Background in SaaS, marketplace, or digital platforms
