A highly successful and growing organisation is seeking to appoint a Head of Procurement & Sustainability to lead a critical function at the heart of its operations. This is a senior leadership role responsible for shaping and delivering procurement strategy, driving supplier performance, and embedding sustainability initiatives across the business. The successful candidate will play a key role in influencing commercial outcomes, enhancing operational efficiency, and supporting the organisations long-term environmental objectives. The Role Reporting to the Finance Director, you will: Lead strategic sourcing, supplier engagement, and contract negotiations Drive cost optimisation, quality improvement, and delivery performance Develop and implement a forward-thinking sustainability strategy aligned to net-zero goals Oversee risk management across the supply chain and procurement activities Lead and develop a high-performing procurement team Provide oversight of facilities and property-related matters Deliver continuous improvement through digital tools, analytics, and innovation Engage senior stakeholders through business cases and strategic insight This is a broad and impactful role combining commercial leadership, operational excellence, and sustainability transformation . The Candidate We are looking for a strategic and commercially astute leader with: Proven experience in a senior procurement leadership role Strong background in manufacturing, logistics, or supply chain-led businesses Demonstrable success in supplier management, contract negotiation, and cost control Experience driving sustainability or ESG initiatives within complex organisations Excellent stakeholder management and leadership capabilities Strong analytical, financial, and decision-making skills Experience with facilities management, property oversight, and regulatory compliance would be advantageous.
