About the role at a glance

Head of Private Wealth Solicitor

• Location: Oxfordshire / Cotswolds (within 60 min commute from Oxford, Wallingford, Chipping Norton)
• Base Salary: up to £120,000 (DOE) + Individual & Team Performance Bonus
• Profit share, extensive benefits and company EV vehicle
• Career pathway to Associate Director
• Reporting to Directors
• Team size: 50 Hedgeholders

Your Skills

Best‑in‑class inheritance and succession planning advice; drafting complex wills; creation and administration of trusts; Court of Protection; support and training; excellent communication; outstanding client assistance and advisory skills; leadership skills.

About You

• Qualified solicitor with significant private wealth experience and leadership experience, or the ability to move into a leadership role
• Able to deliver high quality legal services with outstanding client care
• Extremely organised and possess great time management skills
• Warm, personable, positive, optimistic and hardworking with a can‑do attitude
• Always seeking continued learning and self‑development
• Excellent IT skills and strong desire to learn new ways of working
• Able to embrace team working and help colleagues
• Professional in appearance
• STEP qualification highly desirable (support available if required)
