The Opportunity:


Nigel Wright Group is delighted to have been appointed exclusively, to support a fast growing North East based B2B service sector client, with the recruitment of a Head of Partner Sales to oversee a national team of Partner Sales BDMs.


Package: Circa £70K - £80K + benefits.


Role Profile:


  • Reporting to the Group Sales and Marketing Director and working closely with them on the divisional sales strategy.
  • Working closely with the Head of Marketing and cross functionally with other divisional leads.
  • Leading, coaching, developing and performance managing the BDM team.
  • Retaining close relationships with key accounts to maximise revenue generation and to ensure contract longevity.
  • Implementing new systems and processes, to drive revenue performance and improve lead generation through partners.
  • Creating a culture of trust and hard work and focussing on developing capability and career progression opportunities within the team.


Person Specification:


  • Previous sales management experience within a consultative selling environment.
  • Strong data analysis and performance management experience.
  • Commutable to the North East HQ.
  • Comfortable with UK wide travel for key account engagement.
