Head of Paid Media

We are seeking a Head of Paid Media to lead a growing performance marketing function within an established agency. This is a key leadership role focused on managing the paid media team and driving strong campaign performance across multiple channels.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead and develop the paid media team Own strategy and performance across channels including Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Spotify, Microsoft Advertising and LinkedIn Drive campaign optimisation and delivery against client objectives Support new business and grow existing accounts Implement best practices and identify new opportunities
REQUIRED SKILLS: Strong background in paid media and performance marketing Experience leading teams in an agency or similar environment Solid understanding of multi-channel campaigns and optimisation Commercial mindset with good analytical skills
SALARY & BENEFITS: Salary up to £60,000 depending on experience Hybrid working Opportunity to shape and scale a growing digital department Clear progression within a growing business Ongoing training and development
