Head of Operations for a Coaching & Training Business

Partner with cross-functional departments within Exos and our client to implement business strategies, promote operational efficiency, and drive team success.
Coach and mentor our Regional Directors that oversee our APAC & EMEA team members to enhance performance, manage talent, and improve retention.
Establish performance management systems, set clear expectations, and provide ongoing coaching for staff development.
Collaborate with the VP of Strategic Accounts to define and execute the operational strategy.
Translate strategy into actionable goals, manage performance, and ensure continuous growth.
Oversee the annual operating planning process and ensure organizational goals align with short- and long-term objectives.
The Senior Director will own our client relationship and function as the single point of contact regarding operations in the EMEA and APAC regions.
Monitor performance with key metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
Manage vendor relationships and ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations.
Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, overseeing successful account management and business growth.
Collaborate with leaders from various departments within Exos and our client teams to drive initiatives, monitor performance, and identify areas of optimization.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
~10+ years in executive leadership roles, with a focus on operational management and business development. Strong leadership skills, integrity, and the ability to inspire and guide teams toward achieving business objectives.
~ Proficiency in data analysis, performance metrics, and strategic planning.
~ International business experience preferred.
~ Knowledge of Construction Project Management/Contracting is a plus.
