This role is ideal for either:

An experienced Senior Conveyancer looking to step into a leadership position, or An ambitious Residential Property Solicitor / Conveyancer (2+ PQE) seeking a genuine “step-up” opportunity

A client following is not required, but those with one and/or prior management experience will be well-positioned to command a higher salary. Key Responsibilities:

Play a key role in developing and growing the Manchester conveyancing offering Collaborate with colleagues and support the wider property team Deliver a high-quality, client-focused service with regular communication

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years’ experience in residential conveyancing Ability to manage a full caseload independently Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer (preferred, not essential)
