The Role of Head of New Business As Head of New Business you will take ownership of a sales team of 6 who are selling subscriptions to a highly respected, market-leading business information platform which is used by marketers across many of the world's largest companies. Clients are a mixture of marketing agencies and direct brands (across all sectors). Responsibilities include; Driving the new business strategy Managing, coaching and motivating a team of 6 sales people (2 x SDRs and 4 x BDMs) Managing the quality, quantity and direction of the sales effort (targeting methodology, data analysis, joint meetings, improving decks and proposals, sales training etc) 100% people management, coaching and development Requirements for this Head of New Business role Strong sales leader/coach who is used to running new business subscriptions/SaaS teams Proven track-record of success A leader who supports their staff and staff development Knowledge of the marketing industry (eg how agencies work, what brand managers/CMOs do etc) Min. 6+ years new business sales experience Min 3+ years sales management experience (within subscriptions) Strong attention to detail Stable career history If you feel that you could be the Head of New Business that our client is looking for, please apply.
