Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Head of Maintenance to join our estates team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the organisation's core operations and ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of services.
Key Responsibilities
- Overseeing all aspects of Achieve Together’s maintenance operations, including planning, scheduling, and executing repairs and preventative maintenance to ensure smooth functioning of facilities and equipment.
- Ensuring all people we support live in a Good Home.
Requirements
- Flexibility to travel to any home within the portfolio if required.
- Relevant Building or Facilities Management Qualification.
- Experience managing a large estates function, ideally within a similar environment.
- Good all-round knowledge of building works and relevant skills to support a team of maintenance operatives.
- Excellent time management, administrative, and organisational skills.
- Ability to use initiative and work with conflicting deadlines.
- An ethical and professional approach, with the ability to analyse complex scenarios for optimal outcomes.
