Job Description We are seeking a proactive and strategic Head of Leasing to lead the leasing function for a growing Build-to-Rent developer. The successful candidate will focus on driving occupancy, rental growth, and customer satisfaction while maintaining operational excellence in line with all relevant regulations.

Package
Basic Salary : Up to £80,000
On-Target Earnings (OTE) : £100,000 - £110,000

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage lettings operations across a portfolio spanning across numerous cities
Ensure all assets within the portfolio operate at a high occupancy rate, overseeing future vacancies and ensuring swift leasing of void units.
Oversee a diverse portfolio of small and large scale Build-to-Rent developments
