Position: Head of Department– Designate Head ofHoliday Home Revenue
Location: Working across our parks in North East & East Lothian
Type: Full-Time/Permanent
Bonus: Up to 25% Annual Bonus

Helping them tofind their perfect Holiday Home that they can enjoy for years to come, creatingmemories that last a lifetime.
As a Designate Head of Department, you’ll have the unique opportunity to learnabout us and our business, typically spending 3-6 months working across acluster of Parks. You’ll experience management training in various Parks beforebeing placed into your own Park, where you will be heading up the Holiday HomeRevenue Team.
Due to the nature of this role, there’ll be some flexibility and travelrequired during your time as a designate, before being placed within a Parkthat matches your experience.
In this role, you'll be at the helm of the Holiday Home Revenue Team, leadingwith clear direction and plenty of motivation. You'll inspire your team to hittheir goals and keep up high standards by showing them how it’s done! You'll behands-on with performance, offering feedback to help your team grow, tacklingany challenges, and supporting their development. Managing resources likebudgets and tools will be key to keeping things running smoothly. You'll alsobe the driving force behind optimising revenue, working closely with theExperience Team to ensure delivery of a first-class sales experience for allGuest and Owners. Plus, you'll make sure everything stays safe, compliant, andon point with company policies.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership:Provide visionary leadership to theHoliday Home Revenue team, setting clear goals and expectations, and motivatingthe team to achieve outstanding results and develop a high performing team.Ensure all new team members receive an engaging 90-day induction and trainingplan to set them up for success with Haven.
Guest experience:Interacting with, buildingrapport and fostering trusted relationships with current guests and owners.Seeking out and creating opportunities to talk to potential new holidayhomeowners sharing with them all the benefits of holiday home ownership with Haven.Overseeing the after sales process and the sales journey, even aftercompletion, so that new owners can be confident their purchase lives up to thesales promise.
Strategic Planning:Develop and execute strategic plans to achievedepartmental and organizational objectives, including budgeting and resourceallocation.
Team Management:Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate your team’sperformance, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and professionaldevelopment.
Performance Optimization:Continuously assess departmental performance andimplement improvements, ensuring efficient processes and high-quality outcomes.Support and motivate your Team to deliver sales and part-exchange targets,ensuring Owner lettings is managed in-line with the pitch strategy to enablemaximisation of holiday availability.
Stakeholder Engagement:Collaborate with internal and externalstakeholders to build strong relationships, identify opportunities for growth,and ensure guest satisfaction.
Compliance:Ensure that all departmental activities adhere to relevantlaws, regulations, and industry standards.
Reporting:Provide regular reports to senior management, highlightingdepartmental achievements, challenges, and future plans.
Requirements
- Prior senior-level experience within a high value item sales environment
- Solid experience within business development roles
- Demonstrating proven expertise in leadership and organization, with a strongability to enhance team performance, foster personal growth, and develop adiverse workforce.
- Proven expertise in developing strategic plans and addressing problems.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven history of accomplishing goals within the department and across theorganisation.
- Knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
- Commercial minded with evidence of successfully managing costs in line withexceptional delivery.
- Highly effective at organising tasks with a focus on meticulous detail.
- Proficient at making calculated choices and adeptly prioritisingresponsibilities, maintaining focus during busy periods
