Here's why you'll love this role… -Shape the company's financial strategy to drive sustainable growth, profitability, and long-term value creation. -Provide timely, high-quality financial insight that informs critical business decisions at the board and executive level. -Inspire, develop, and lead a high-performing finance team to deliver excellence across operations, reporting, and controls. -Build and maintain trusted relationships with investors, banks, regulators, auditors, and key partners. -Oversee capital management, cash flow optimisation, and risk mitigation to protect and grow organisational assets. Here's why you'll be great in this role… -Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA) with extensive experience in financial strategy and operational leadership. -Able to translate complex financial insights into actionable recommendations for executive teams and the board. -Demonstrated ability to drive commercial outcomes, optimise capital efficiency, and deliver measurable financial results. -Skilled at mentoring and motivating finance professionals to deliver operational excellence and strategic impact. -Comfortable leading through ambiguity, high growth, and change while maintaining rigor and accountability.
