With increasing operational complexity and strong market momentum, finance is central to performance, investment decisions, and long-term value creation.The RoleReporting to the CFO and working alongside the senior leadership team, the Head of Finance will lead financial planning, reporting, and control across the organisation. This is a visible, commercially focused role that blends technical credibility with forward-looking insight.You will drive forecasting accuracy, improve performance visibility across channels, and ensure the finance function is equipped to support rapid growth while maintaining robust governance.Key ResponsibilitiesLead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning across product lines and distribution channelsDeliver high-quality management reporting with clear commercial insight and performance analysisPartner with sales, operations, and supply chain teams to optimise margins and cost structuresStrengthen financial controls, governance, and internal processesOversee cash flow, working capital, and inventory management in a fast-moving environmentSupport strategic initiatives including new product launches, pricing decisions, and expansion plansLead and develop a high-performing finance teamAct as a key voice in executive discussions, providing challenge and clarity around financial performanceCandidate ProfileACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualifiedProven senior finance experience within FMCG or a high-volume, product-led environmentStrong commercial acumen with experience supporting growth and margin optimisationConfident operating in a fast-paced setting with evolving prioritiesStrong leadership capability with experience building and developing teamsAble to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery #J-18808-Ljbffr
