Shape the future of digital education at Inspire Education Group Inspire Education Group (IEG) is entering an exciting phase of digital transformation, and we are looking for a visionary and collaborative Group Head of Digital to help lead the way. This is a new and influential role with responsibility for driving digital innovation across the Group

strengthening digital literacy, enhancing digital pedagogy, and embedding new and emerging technologies across teaching, learning and professional services. The role is full time (37 hours per week) on a permanent basis, with a hybrid working approach after probation. About the role As Group Head of Digital, you will turn IEGs IT and Digital Enhancement Strategy into reality. You will lead on digital capability development, oversee the evolution of our Virtual Learning Environment, and champion innovative approaches that improve both staff and student experience. Working closely with academic, professional services and senior leaders, you will help shape our digital campus for the next decade and beyond, ensuring our systems, skills and culture remain modern, accessible and future-focused. Key areas of focus Leading digital innovation in teaching, learning and assessment Developing staff digital literacy and confidence through training and CPD Embedding emerging technologies such as AI and immersive tools Overseeing digital platforms, systems and supplier relationships Translating strategic ambitions into practical, high-impact projects Building a culture of digital curiosity, change and continuous improvement What were looking for You will bring strong leadership experience, a deep understanding of digital and educational technologies, and the ability to inspire others through change. Youll be confident working across departments, balancing strategy with delivery, and communicating complex ideas in an accessible way. Experience of digital transformation, team leadership and working within education or a similarly complex organisation will be important, alongside a commitment to inclusion, accessibility and value for money.
