They’re undergoing a data revolution, building out a new strategy, growing the engineering team and looking for a seasoned leader who can work with senior leadership to drive forward a modern data strategy, and be the key point of excellence around developing their technical capabilities. You will need to be confident with managing a high-performing team of 11 (including managing managers), working closely with other technical teams and senior leadership, stakeholder management and whilst this isn’t a technical role, a technical background is essential as you’ll need to be clued up when it comes to helping steer and develop the team and wider architecture.
