The Role
As VP of Customer Service, you will:
- Lead a team of approximately 10 Customer Service staff in the UK, taking them to the next level
- Own the Customer Service function, which is expected to become the largest department in the business (likely doubling headcount this year)
- Implement new processes, structures, technology, and build a market-leading customer service function
- Join a true meritocracy where everyones voice is heard and has the opportunity to influence the business direction
What we are looking for
- Prior experience as a Head of or VP of Customer Service, with team management experience
- Experience in a high-growth, start-up or scale-up environment
- Background in technology, such as consumer electronics, hardware, or software
- An entrepreneurial, proactive attitude and desire to make a significant impact
- Passion for EV or clean energy is an advantage
