As the Head of Compliance and Asset, you will be:

  • Develop and implement the Management programmes
  • Oversee the delivery of a cost-effective strategy
  • Manage the assets and portfolio to ensure health and safety compliance
  • Prepare and present Executive level reports based upon data analysis
  • Covering all areas of property services

As the Head of Compliance and Asset you will be:
  • Comprehensive understanding of cyclical plans
  • Experience and expertise in preparing and presenting Executive level reports
  • Detailed experience of managing budgets
  • Experience effectively analysing data to make investment decisions
  • Have comprehensive knowledge of the big 6
  • Hold a degree or professional qualification in a related subject and membership of a professional body e.g. CIOB, RICS, IOSH

As the Head of Compliance and Asset you will be offered:
