Were looking for a commercially minded Head of Commercial to join our award-winning luxury uniform design company.
For over 25 years, weve created iconic uniforms for world-class hospitality brands including Claridges , Four Seasons , The Ritz-Carlton , Nobu , and Raffles . In this senior leadership role, youll shape and lead our commercial strategyoverseeing Sales, PR, Marketing, and Revenue . Reporting directly to the Founder, youll play a key role in driving growth, building strategic partnerships, and elevating our brand presence globally. We're seeking a results-driven leader with strong experience in luxury hospitality and a passion for brand-building and relationship management. Key Responsibilities New Business Development- Identify and pursue new commercial opportunities, particularly within the luxury hospitality sector, both in the UK and internationally.
- Target industries where uniforms are integral to brand identity (e.g., luxury retail, wellness, aviation).
- Develop and implement strategies to drive new revenue streams.
- Build and maintain a robust, forward-looking sales pipeline.
- Represent the companies at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to expand brand visibility and grow strategic connections.
- Develop long-term, trust-based relationships with key clients and decision-makers.
- Translate client needs into creative, design-driven solutions.
- Ensure high standards of communication and project management to maintain client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Maintain a constant, positive dialogue with clients to ensure the business remains front of mind.
- Lead, support, and grow a high-performing commercial team across Sales, Marketing, and PR.
- Set clearKPIsand conduct regular performance reviews.
- Foster a collaborative and motivated team culture aligned with the companies values and brand identity.
- Work cross-functionally with the wider business to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities.
- Use insights and data to inform product development, marketing direction, and business strategy.
- Strengthen the business positioning by working with branding, web, and digital marketing partners.
- Oversee social media and digital engagement strategies.
- Manage PR relationships, ensuring the brand has regular exposure in relevant press and trade media.
- Lead negotiations with clients, balancing profitability with long-term value.
- Collaborate with legal and finance teams to ensure commercial compliance.
- Monitor revenue performance and make strategic adjustments where needed.

- 5+ years in a senior Commercial, Sales, or Business Development role, ideally in luxury hospitality, fashion, or branding.
- Proven track record of driving sales and revenue growth.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Confident communicator with excellent client-facing and presentation abilities.
- Strategic, creative, and results-driven.
