£120-130k plus car allowance and 30% bonus About the Role Step into a high-impact, commercial finance leadership role within one of the UKs most dynamic consumer brands. Youll be the go-to finance partner for driving profitable growth, shaping strategy, and delivering actionable insight across high-value business functions. As Head of Commercial Finance, youll take ownership of forecasting, budgeting, weekly trading, and the evaluation of commercial initiativesfrom pricing to promotional campaigns. Youll provide clarity on where the business should invest, identifying opportunities to drive revenue and optimise performance. This is a hands-on leadership role. Youll lead a talented team of six, balancing strategic influence with deep involvement in modelling, analysis, and commercial decision-making under tight timelines. Your insight will directly shape business strategy and support senior stakeholders and business partners alike. What Success Looks Like Proven commercial finance experience in a fast-paced consumer, retail, or digital-led business. Strong exposure to forecasting, pricing, promotional evaluation, and weekly trading cycles. ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified, 5+ years PQE, with a track record of influencing senior leadership. Exceptional financial modelling and analytical skills with a focus on assessing risk and maximising commercial impact.
